Return & Cancellation Policy
At Opposites Attract, we strive to provide thoughtfully curated styles you’ll love. If your purchase isn’t the perfect fit, we’re here to help.
Returns
We gladly accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, perfume, odors, stains, pet hair, or other signs of wear.
- Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an incorrect or damaged item was received.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued once the returned item has been received and approved.
Final Sale Items
The following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- All products in the Sale Collection
- Items marked Final Sale
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been fulfilled.
Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will be subject to this return policy.
